Falmouth Wind Turbine Lawsuits Panics Massachusetts Legislature

Monday May 8,2017- 9 AM Falmouth vs Falmouth ZBA wind turbine lawsuit case number 1372CV00281 -- Monday night 6 PM Mass. state legislature !

The Massachusetts state legislature appears to be in a state of panic over its plans to install ocean wind turbines. The land based wind turbines are a health and financial fiasco.

Monday May 8th starts the eighth wind turbine trial in Falmouth vs its own Zoning Board of Appeals over wind turbines causing health , property takings and special permit issues. The town hid negative letters, emails and documents from the public and avoided the special permit process because it would have required additional notifications to neighbors through Zoning Board of Appeals hearings. The turbines at 110 decibels would never have been built.

Monday night a 6 PM at Mashpee High School , 500 Barnstable Road the state legislature is kicking off the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Global Warming and Climate Change. They want to know how the legislature should keep our state healthy, sustainable and strong.

It is no coincidence the two events are happening the same day. The news media in the past week has produced many stories about the Senate Committee on Global Warming and Climate Change and none about the wind turbine lawsuit Monday. The failed state wind turbine agenda continues despite taking health and property rights and your hard earned tax dollars.

The Massachusetts state legislature has ignored the health and safety of thousands of Massachusetts citizens living under the wind turbine blades creating second class citizens. The neighbors describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep. The state land based wind turbine agenda has gone horribly wrong and Mass State Senate President Stan Rosenberg is well aware what happens when an agenda goes wrong.

The State of Massachusetts in the past ten years has installed commercial megawatt wind turbines in residential neighborhoods taking health and property rights. The neighbors of the turbines in as many as twenty one communities describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep or unable to work in their yards if the turbines are spinning.

Falmouth, Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States.

It's important to tell the Senate Committee Monday night that you want clean air and water but not at the cost of your health and property rights for a commercial wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.

The Massachusetts legislature is fighting an actual war on fossil fuels that under the wind turbine agenda takes the health and property of the minority for the majority. The ocean wind turbine projects will turn your electric bill into a second mortgage on your homes. It needs to stop.

You have to tell the legislature to shut down the turbines in residential locations and stop the insanity. The lawsuits are costing more than the wind turbines.

Massachusetts has witnessed massive wind turbine mechanical failures taking massive amounts of taxpayer funds. How would ocean wind turbines be any different ?

In the past eight years commercial megawatt wind turbines that were supposed to last twenty years are falling apart faster than they go up. The state financed renewable energy companies like A123 Systems and Evergreen Solar which either went bankrupt or moved to Chinna with your state tax dollars. Our politicians are gambling with your money -they have nothing to lose !

Some examples of wind turbine failures are Templeton gear box, Princeton gear box , Otis AFB gear box, Hanover multiple failures, Fall River bearings, Scituate lightning, Fairhaven fire, Falmouth noise shadow flicker health, Portsmouth High School, Rhode Island gear box turbine removed, Deer Island failure, NIMBY --Next It May Be You. The turbines do not last the promised life expectancy.

When these turbines have problems a special crane needs to be brought in at $50,000.00 a day for weeks to make repairs. At some point its cheaper the build a new wind turbine after only a few years.

Repairing the wind turbines in Massachusetts has become a cottage industry at taxpayer expense.

The New Bedord Marine Commerce Terminal a 113 million dollar ocean wind turbine port no large cranes, no rail link with a hurricane gate with only a 120 foot wide legal clearance and the outer channel still needs dredging for 5 miles out to sea and an additional 23 million dollar dredging lawsuit. The port remains incomplete despite the news media and politicians claims its complete !

The Block Island, Rhode Island costs of five ocean wind turbines feeding electricity to Block Island amount to $150,000.00 per house.

The Massachusetts legislature has to hide all the problems with the land based wind turbines to go forward with the ocean wind turbine projects.

The Massachusetts legislature had an agenda to install 2000 megawatts of commercial wind turbine power in Massachusetts and has dropped the wind agenda over health, property takings, lawsuits and embarrassing mechanical failures of gear box driven wind turbines and turned to Solar as a means to achieve the agenda.

Who in their right mind would install ocean wind turbines where the ocean electric cables costs as much as the wind turbines themselves?

Wind turbines don't make it in Massachusetts

Every taxpayer in Massachusetts needs to ask their state representatives and senators why they are pushing an expensive wind turbine agenda when your next door neighbor in almost any trade can drive up to a solar panel install and repair a solar project from a pick up truck ?

The Massachusetts Senate Committee on Global Warming and Climate Change is another effort to start a new wind turbine fiasco only this time in the ocean

Clean up the mess on the land first !

In recent years, a number of Massachusetts politicians have been under investigation for violations ranging from bribery to harassment. It's time for our politicians to get out of the wind turbine business ..... Beacon Hill the culture of corruption
