Falmouth Massive Wind Turbine Litigation Costs Look To Continue

Falmouth Select Board Meeting October 2, 2017 Monday

The selectmen’s decision not to appeal the wind turbine lawsuits was based on legal advice, many, including other legal specialists, believe the decision unwise and unnecessary.

A correction is being sought by interested citizens at their own expense.

Look for a warrant article at Falmouth Special Town Meeting to finance more wind turbine litigation.

This warrant article is at the expense of all Falmouth taxpayers not just the "Friends of Falmouth Wind" and interested citizens at their own expense.

Special Town Meetings are held when a matter of some urgency comes to the attention of the Board of Selectmen after they have closed the warrant for the Annual Meeting.
