Falmouth Wind Turbine Mediation Can We Rule Out Honesty
Heather Harper :We took on a huge risk and I think we were successful but we're a large community and I think we can take on that risk,"

Picture above is former convicted Speaker of the Massachusetts House Sal Dimasi the father of the Massachusetts Green Communities Act. Sal is serving an eight year sentence in an undisclosed federal prison. The Green Communities Act has been blamed for the wind turbine agenda that has caused litigation in twenty one communities in Massachusetts
Falmouth town officials again recently in 2016 have offered through the town’s insurer, Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association, asked litigants to participate in mediation with all parties in pending wind turbine litigation to resolve all outstanding suits and claims.
The question remains if the town will continue to hide wind turbine documents which include letters, memos and possible video of meetings

The Consensus Building Institute was hired in 2012 for $139,000.oo to negotiate a resolution to the wind turbine process. The "lost" video and "hidden" letter by the town August 2010 resulted in failed negotiations at a large cost to taxpayers $139,000.00
The purpose of the Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) was to video tape all the twenty plus meetings and show them on Falmouth Cable TV. The missing video edits all the other videos by not telling the voters of Falmouth the video is missing
The CBI had all the meetings video taped and shown on local TV for all the residents of Falmouth. What the public doesn't know is the September 12, 2012 video tape was never shown to the public.
According to the printed minutes of that meeting the meeting was taped by an individual listed as a contractor on the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center list.
After contacting the representatives of CBI that conducted the meetings and video they were unable to locate the video. The video remains "missing " "lost "
Why is no one looking for the missing video and why has the public ever been notified of the missing video ? Why has the town never posted the hidden noise warning from the manufacturer of the wind turbines ? What about the MassCEC memos ?

The Consensus Building Institute has gone on to do water quality work for the Cape Cod Commission in 2016
Heather Harper coincidentally the former assistant town manager in charge of the Falmouth wind turbine projects has recently also gone on to work at the Cape Cod Commission in 2016 .
Heather Harper was quoted in the newspaper saying this about the wind turbines “We took on a huge risk and I think we were successful but we’re a large community and I think we can take on that risk,” This says to the courts that the town officials who had been hiding the Vestas noise warning letter prior to the construction of the wind turbines knew they were gambling. They gambled with your money and lost.
The Falmouth Select Board recently decided to ask for mediation in the up to eleven ongoing lawsuits costing up to $300,000.00 every six months over the wind turbines.
The question remains will the Town of Falmouth continue to refuse to put all the cards on the table and continue to omit information ?
The Town of Falmouth hid the noise warning letter from the wind turbine negotiations that took place in 2012
The 2010 Vestas noise warning :
“The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances.”
