Falmouth Wind Turbine Nears Atrocity Case Status 2019
Falmouth wind turbine installation history has shown us that when politics supersedes good engineering, we will all pay a terrible price.

An atrocity is defined as an extremely wicked or cruel act, typically one involving physical violence or injury in this case megawatt wind turbines.
The Town of Falmouth in January of 2019 could possibly announce plans to move its court-ordered shut down nuisance 110-decibel megawatt wind turbines a few hundred feet.
After eight years of court battles on June 20, 2017, the Massachusetts courts shut down the two nuisance wind turbines taking health and property rights. The town plans to sidestep litigation by moving the 110-decibel chest pounding turbines a few hundred feet guaranteeing more litigation.

Falmouth and twenty-one other communities under the tutelage of former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick aka sally.reynolds@state.ma.us installed commercial megawatt wind turbines between 2007 and 2015. The Massachusetts wind turbine health fiasco does not look good on a job resumé for a Presidential run in 2020.
Falmouth was the first town to join the state megawatt wind turbine agenda. The state agenda was that the Climate Crisis requires action on the scale equivalent to a major war. The state used megawatt wind turbines to fight the so-called war. The collateral damage is the resident's health and safety who live around the megawatt turbines.

The World Health Organization has new Environmental Noise Guidelines for the wind turbines. The turbines pose hazards to both physical and mental health and well-being of residents living near them.
An acoustic noise expert has warned Falmouth officials in writing that just one town-owned Vestas V-82 megawatt wind turbine needs a setback of 2923 feet from residents.
The Massachusetts state agenda now is an experiment gone horribly wrong on a large-scale which created deliberate violence against civilian residential homeowners to fight climate change.
The United States has had its share of human experiments gone wrong over the years which include many such as Tuskegee syphilis and human radiation incidents. Whitey Bulger the famous criminal from Massachusetts was involved in the CIA MK-ULTRA experiments with LSD. The Falmouth turbines have had devastating human impacts.
The Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt wind turbine is known by all Falmouth officials to generate 110 decibels of noise. The chronic turbine noise contributes to cardiovascular disease; lack of sleep, hearing loss, tinnitus and stress; and increased changes in blood pressure and heart health as reported to the Falmouth Board of Health.
The Town of Falmouth has a page on its website: Wind Turbine Comment / Complaint Form updated January 6, 2017
The Town of Falmouth has failed to publish the total number of noise complaints as of 2018. The town continues to hide information from the public over health and safety setbacks. The neighbors describe the noise and shadow flicker as torture.
At the end of World War II, they asked the people who lived around the camps why they did nothing to stop it? The answer was they did not know! The next question was did you notice 6 million of your neighbors missing?
Atrocities all have beginnings that start somewhere. When this is over Falmouth residents can never say they did not know. In 2013 in a town-wide election, Falmouth voted to keep the turbines operational.
Local Falmouth officials then and now are keeping embarrassing warning letters, memos, maps, emails and documents from the public today over health and safety in order to keep the turbines operational now move the turbines. Keeping the voting public in the dark again.
Falmouth public officials even today continue to hide the Vestas 110 decibel noise warning letter along with many other negative documents.

RE: Falmouth WWTF Wind Energy Facility II "Wind II", Falmouth, MA Contract No. #3297
"Due to the sound concerns regarding the first wind turbine installed at the wastewater treatment facility, the manufacturer of the turbines, Vestas, is keen for the Town of Falmouth to understand the possible noise and other risks associated with the installation of the second wind turbine. The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances."
