Falmouth Wind Turbine Suffering Harm Injury

Infra-sound is sound waves that are felt by the body rather than heard. For example, have you ever noticed when you open a back window in your car a little with all the others shut it can be felt as they pulse through your body? The noise drives you crazy and you take action right away. Commercial wind turbines do the same thing you feel the noise.

Now imagine living in Falmouth, Massachusetts near the two town-owned wind turbines having the infra-sound turn your house into the inside of a Drum pulsing through your body 24/7.

Massachusetts in 2012 conducted a Wind Turbine Health Impact Study: Report of Independent Expert Panel. The panel used a 103-decibel wind turbine and confirmed a single wind turbine causes sleep deprivation. Fact: each single wind turbine in Falmouth is twice as loud as the one used in the study. (Falmouth used Vestas V-82 type 1.65 megawatt turbines)

The infra-sound over a long period of time can prove deadly. Besides the lack of sleep, people report stress symptoms as dizziness, nausea, the sensation of ear pressure, tinnitus, hearing loss, and headache.

Massachusetts had a political agenda of 2000 megawatts of commercial land-based wind turbines by the year 2020. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health and local boards of health had eight years to answer thousands of noise complaints statewide. They took no action conducting Dog and Pony show hearings for years fearing retaliation from executive branch officials. The hearings still continue today while land based turbines are still being built near residential neighborhoods.

Since the 1982 National Aeronautics and Space Administration,NASA, investigation by the scientist, Neil Kelley of a Downwind 2 Megawatt MOD turbine, Boone, North Carolina residents complained of unexpected noise complaints from residents within 3 km (2 miles). The wind turbine caused annoyance and a nuisance with pulsating pressure fields in homes around the wind turbine in Boone, NC.

The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in 2006 warned Mattapoisett residents in a wind turbine feasibility study of two kinds of noise. One is measured in decibels and the other was called human annoyance or today what is called low-frequency infra-sound.

In 2011 the Chief Executive Officer of Vestas wind company CEO Engel Ditlev wrote a letter to Karen Ellemann about low-frequency noise. The CEO responded that Vestas does not have the technology to stop the noise.

The Massachusetts Department of Health and local boards continue to say there is not enough evidence to prove the dangers of infra-sound? Neighbors are better acoustic analyzers than any instrument made today and Massachusetts has thousands of wind turbine noise complaints.

Worldwide wind turbines generate a broad spectrum of noise including low-frequency infra-sound creating millions of complaints. The Mass Department of Public Health would have you believe millions of people worldwide got together like Hollywood actors and all came up with the same story describing wind turbine noise as torture from lack of sleep.

For those that doubt infra-sound can hurt you have to know the federal government has infra-sound weapons for quite some time.

The US military uses a weapon called A Long-Range Acoustic Device (LRAD). These extremely high-power infra- sound waves can disrupt or destroy the eardrums of a target and cause severe pain or disorientation.

The Jerusalem Post reported in 2011 that Israeli forces unleashed a sonic weapon on stone throwers at a violent checkpoint demonstration. The machine called a Screamis it is a vehicle-mounted sonic blaster that shoots repeated pulses of sound at targets, leaving them dizzy and nauseous.

It has been reported that infra-sound attacks in 2016 and 2017, lead to health problems, including hearing loss, in US and Canadian government employees at the US and Canadian embassies in Havana.

The wind turbine noise problem is worldwide yet Massachusetts continues to allow commercial megawatt wind turbines to be built further endangering the public for a political agenda gone horribly wrong.

The wind turbines are the same as any other infra-sound weapons taking the health and property rights of the citizens of Massachusetts.

The Falmouth Zoning Board determined after seven years of operation the Falmouth town-owned wind turbines are a nuisance. Barnstable Superior Court Judge Cornelius Moriarty agreed with the ZBA and issued the order to shut down Falmouth's Wind 1 and Wind 2 on June 20, 2017.

As of September 15, 2018 litigation continues at one time costing taxpayers up to $300,000.00 every six months approved by Town Meeting.
