Friends of Falmouth Wind have taken health, property rights and massive frivolous litigation to hide a political fiasco.
These individuals followed the Massachusetts Democratic Party agenda on climate change that requires fighting what they determined was a real war right here in Massachusetts. That war on fossil fuels calls for taking the health and property rights of citizens for the agenda.

Friends of Falmouth Wind despite the Massachusetts Superior Court shut down of the turbines advocates for the operation of the turbines 24/7.
The group over a period of years has omitted or hidden emails, letters, memos, maps and documents that showed the turbines should never have been installed. There is so much information that it actually makes a good case of assault and battery on the up to 200 residential home owners around the wind turbines.
Five Falmouth doctors wrote a letter stating they had no experience in acoustic wind turbine noise and there was little to hear.
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection found the turbines are breaking state noise guidelines.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center admitted so called " mistakes " in acoustic noise done before the installations of the turbines and the town released a letter the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise equal to a hard rock band playing 24/7.

The chair person signed the letter as the chair of the Energy Committee and member of Friends of Falmouth Wind and then denied it to the news media. In addition the Energy Committee had a 2005 map from KEMA Inc that showed the wind turbines would generate over 50 decibels on Black Smith Shop Road.
The Assistant Town Manager and manager of Falmouth Wind I told the news media : "We took on a huge risk and I think we were successful but we’re a large community and I think we can take on that risk.” At that time the town was hiding the Vestas noise warning the wind turbines generate 110 decibels of noise.

The original politicians who brought the Town of Falmouth the wind turbine noise described as torture from lack of sleep and inability to work out in your yards during the daytime are long gone.
Governor Deval Patrick and his cronies are also long gone. Everyone associated with the Massachusetts Democratic Party so called war on fossil fuels all got promotions.
The State of Massachusetts had a commercial wind turbine agenda of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center wind manager Nils Bolgen in 2013 changed wind turbine setbacks to 2000 feet to residential property lines ending wind installations in heavily populated locations in Massachusetts - Your back yard.
The state has only installed 115 megawatts of wind turbine as of 2017. The land based commercial wind industry is dead in Massachusetts with no wind turbines on the drawing board. Massachusetts has abandoned the wind turbine agenda.
Falmouth taxpayers have to ask why they are spending up to $300,000.00 every six months on wind turbine litigation while the state has given up the wind turbine agenda.
