Falmouth Wind Turbines Inalienable Rights-Due Process Denied

Inalienable rights as rights cannot be surrendered, sold or transferred to another person other than the owners. Falmouth has taken health.

American Declaration of Independence of July 4th, 1776

Beginning in 2010 the Town of Falmouth illegally installed two Vestas V-82 commercial 1.65 megawatt wind turbines and withheld all negative documentation that would have required any and all additional notification to the up to 200 residential home owners around the wind turbines

In 2013 Falmouth voters were asked to take down the wind turbines while the town continued to hide wind turbine warning letters, memos, maps and documents.

The Town of Falmouth voted 2 to 1 to continue the operations of the wind turbines knowingly taking the health and property rights of up to 200 residential homeowners.

The Town of Falmouth by voting to keep operational the 110 decibel turbines described as torture from the noise has continued to deny due process and take the health, life, liberty, and property of up to 200 residential homes with no compensation for over six years.

Not one Falmouth wind turbine victim has been medically examined by the town or state as they already know the outcome from complaints from Boone, North Carolina in 1987. The U.S. Department of Energy and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) commissioned Dr. Neil Kelley to study infra sound in commercial wind turbines.

Dr. Neil Kelley in 1987 demonstrated that low levels of pulsating tonal infrasound caused adverse reactions in test subjects.

Inalienable rights as rights cannot be surrendered, sold or transferred to another person. These rights can be surrendered, sold or transferred only with the consent of the person who possesses the rights. The town can not vote to take health and property rights of residential zoned property without due process and compensation.

Due process is fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially as a citizen's entitlement. Due process ensures the rights and equality of all citizens.

"Due process is the legal requirement that the state must respect all legal rights that are owed to a person. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which offends the rule of law "

Falmouth residents have been turned into accomplices to fascist processes. When this is pointed out to them they “deny” it and claim that they were ordered to do it, it was for the “greater good”, that abolishing discernment and decency was necessary.

Necessary to whom?

While the populace was forced to pay for this adventure, as in the case of Falmouth, where the controlling government and its appointed operatives dug a bottomless money pit beneath the Town, and then pointed to the necessity of dumping endless monies into it, and attacked anyone who publicly pointed this out.

They extol the beauty of "wind turbine renewable energy.” Discernment is required to understand that the "renewable energy movement” is fueled by nice dreams.

Renewable energy, in the forms of wind turbines just do not have the fuel density of fossil fuels, fuels that have been assaulted and manipulated by those who stand to make obscene profits from wind turbines.

Elon Musk, has gamed this lie for billions of dollars. The pipsqueak operators of the Falmouth wind turbines emulate him and use Obama-speak against their critics.

It’s time to shake off the bamboozlement that has landed everyone in this mess.

Perhaps November 8 will make a difference.
