The Massachusetts Superior Court agreed with the Falmouth ZBA. The wind turbines are a "Nuisance" and shut them down June 20,2017.

On October 18, 2017 Falmouth residents four months too late filed A "Motion To Intervene."

Falmouth residents according to an article dated October 19, 2017, in the local news leading the effort to revise the court order was Dr. Woodwell.

Spokesperson and Falmouth resident George M. Woodwell said on Wednesday, October 18 about the court shut down of the turbines: “That was an inappropriate thing to do because there are other ways to correct a nuisance and the town should have had those choices.”

October 18,2017 an attorney served papers to the attorneys of the parties involved in the original court case, on behalf of the group of Falmouth citizens.

As of October 19, the date of the news story the local news media had a list of individuals listed on the motion and a copy of the motion provided unsolicited to the newspaper by Falmouth resident George M. Woodwell.

Falmouth Select Board previously voted on July 10, 2017, against appealing the court decision and Chairwoman Susan Moran said: “It's time to put the matter behind us and move forward.”

On November 20, 2017, Judge Cornelius Moriarty denied the motion to intervene in the case the turbines are a nuisance. The turbines remain shut down.

The Massachusetts state agenda was to use commercial wind turbines and fight a real war on fossil fuels. The neighbors of those turbines in twenty-one communities are and became collateral damage on a horrific failed wind turbine agenda taking health and property rights.

Commercial wind is a bunco scheme of enormous consequence. The people who value intellectual honesty should not quietly be fleeced by such mendacity, even from their government.

George Woodwell falls into the category of teaching smart people how to learn obtaining an "F" grade for his research on health affects on residential home owners.

The Falmouth wind turbines cause sleep disruption, nausea, and headaches just like the residents of Boone, North Carolina in 1986. The only difference is 30 years.

The questions remain does George Woodwell know the Town of Falmouth for years hid a noise warning from Vestas wind company that the town-owned wind turbines generate a chest pounding 110 decibels of noise? The letter which included emails shows the noise levels were known prior to the installations.

Mr. Woodwell also forgot the purpose of the 26 Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) meetings at a cost of $136,000.00 was to engage in an open, transparent, and collaborative exploration of the range of options for the long-term future of the Town's two Wind Turbines – Wind I and Wind II-- The town hid the Vestas wind warning from the meetings !

The core interests at stake include health, safety, and well-being of the wind turbine impacted abutters.

General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to place a single wind turbine because of residential setbacks and ice throw.

How about the town hiding letters, emails, maps, memos and avoided Special Permit 240-166 because it would have required additional notification to residents and a hearing at the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals?

The state of Massachusetts has created a human health hazard in twenty-one communities with a commercial wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.

The state has decided as well as others each community must lose the health and property rights of up to 200 residential homeowners in each town in the name of Climate Change.
