Falmouth Wind Turbines Remain A Blight For Two More Years Letter
Town Aware Since Before The Installations The Turbines Generate 110 Decibels of Noise. Raising Noise Levels to Near 60 Decibels At Homes

Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Cornelius Moriarty has pronounced the Falmouth two turbines a nuisance and ordered them to remain permanently shut down.
Select Board Chairwoman Susan Moran said:“It represented more than seven years and about $800,000 in legal fees.”
Building Commissioner Rod Palmer gave town officials until May 31, 2018, to produce a plan for dismantling and removing the mammoth Wind 1 turbine that stands on the wastewater treatment plant property.
