Jesse Brown Running For Barnstable-Plymouth State Senate Seat
Republican Jesse Brown will run to replace former State Sen. Vinny deMacedo in the special election in March.

FALMOUTH, MA — Jesse Brown, R-Plymouth, announced he will run in the March special election to be the Plymouth and Barnstable districts' next State Senator. The seat became vacant after former Sen. Vinny deMacedo, R-Plymouth, resigned to take a job at Bridgewater State University.
Brown is a lifelong resident of southeastern Massachusetts and has lived in Plymouth for over 20 years. After graduating high school, Brown served in the U.S. Marine Corps before settling to Plymouth after an honorable discharge.
Outside of his military experience, Brown is also a member of the Massachusetts Labor and Workforce Development Board and the chair for the veteran committee in the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.
