Marc Finneran Pulls Papers to Join Selectman’s Race

Marc Finneran a longtime critic of Falmouth town government pulled papers to run for selectman.

Finneran told the Falmouth Enterprise that he is not yet a 100 percent sure he will run for the office but that he is considering the move because he is not satisfied with local government.

Finneran joins incumbents Mary Pat Flynn and David Braga and challengers School Committee Chairman Rebecca Moffitt, and Sheryl A. Kozens-Long, according to the Enterprise.

This would be Finneran’s first foray into politics, though he served on the Town Manager Screening Committee in 2011.
