Re: Comprehensive Energy Plan Comment

Land-based wind should not be included in the Massachusetts Comprehensive Energy Plan (CEP)
Land-based wind turbine agenda of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020 is a catastrophic health failure.
The MassDEP Power Production Agreements made with communities failed state health regulations. Contracts established by MassDEP and DOER show a Project Completion Certificate submitted by Falmouth to DEP on 3/14/13 for Wind II misused ARRA, stimulus funds as loans and grants.
In addition, the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center fraudulent funding of the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal has legal ramifications similar to land-based financing. The use of state bonds has resulted in the monthly payments on bonds at $187,500.00 a month for 30 years and the port has no large cranes, rail link and needs millions of yards of PCP tainted material dredged from the New Bedford hurricane gates to Buzzards Bay. The port remains incomplete.
Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is an elected constitutionally defined executive officer of the Massachusetts Government. Maura Healey is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Maura Healey acts as an advocate and resource for the Commonwealth and its residents in many areas, including consumer protection, combating fraud and corruption, protecting civil rights.
Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey has failed to protect the health and finances and is guilty of dereliction of duty to attain a political agenda over wind turbine installations. Thousands of Massachusetts citizens suffer health and financially with the land-based wind turbine installations.
