Massachusetts Wind Turbine Victims 2017 Last Hope Courts

For the last eight years, the Massachusetts Democratic Party put together a party platform, the ideas and beliefs that govern the party as a whole.

Massachusetts politicians since 2008 wanted wind energy to play a significant role in its clean energy future. Governor Deval Patrick helped commit Massachusetts to a goal of installing 2,000 megawatts of wind turbine energy before the year 2020

Massachusetts bet big on land based commercial wind turbines. The state created a monster called the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.

The agency was tasked with getting 2000 megawatts of commercial wind energy by the year 2020. A single commercial wind turbine has a rating of around 1 or 2 megawatts.

In order to achieve the renewable energy agenda the state politicians called for a real all out war on fossil fuels and they are fighting the war just like a real war. A war in which twenty one communities have thousands of residents losing health and property rights for an agenda gone horribly wrong

The war calls for agencies of the state to look the other way when it comes to enforcing laws that affect the installation and operation of commercial wind turbines. That looking the other way equates to taking your health and your property rights for the “Agenda.”

Massachusetts is a pretty corrupt state with the last three House speakers involved in some kind of crime. Sal DiMasi the House Speaker who help write the Massachusetts Green Community Act just got out of federal prison. No other politician in Massachusetts has been held civilly or criminally accountable for taking the health and property rights of wind turbine victims.

Former Massachusetts Democratic Senator John Kerry today the United States Secretary of State called Climate Change a threat as urgent as ISIS.

The Democratic party agenda of 2000 megawatts of commercial wind turbine power by the year 2020 and the climate change policy sends a strong message to state and local officials as long as your fighting the so called war on fossil fuels any illegal actions done by you will be ignored.

Former Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley a staunch Democratic who is a wind turbine advocate ignored the creation of a second class group of citizens living under wind turbine blades losing their health and property rights. After losing her bid to become governor she went to work for a law firm that specializes in wind turbine installations

The current Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is busy playing basketball and filing civil suits against Exxon oil company again like Martha Coakley ignoring the wind turbine health and property takings in Massachusetts.

The policy of ignoring the health and property takings of the wind turbine victims is similar to what happened in the states years ago with the Black populations. The local state attorney general would enforce every law on the book against the blacks while ignoring all the laws of whites who committed crimes not unlike what is going in Massachusetts today with the wind turbine victims

Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz who was appointed by President Obama will step down from her position in January 2017. President Obama and former Governor Deval Patrick are both wind turbine advocates. Deval Patrick used the email address sally.reynolds@state.ma.us to avoid Freedom of Information Act Requests. The state has archived those emails that may have been used in communications with wind turbine contractors.

In 2017 a new United States Attorney General will be appointed in Massachusetts by the new administration. A chance for all the wind turbine victims in Massachusetts to get their voices heard by some one willing to listen.

The Environment belongs to all of us. The main forms of pollution are air, water, soil, noise thermal and radioactive waves. The pollution is a human made worldwide environmental crisis.

Massachusetts local and state politicians as well as state agencies have allowed noise pollution to continue unchecked using commercial wind turbines placed in residential zoned communities.

Massachusetts officials in the past eight years have twiddled their thumbs using the court system to outspend wind turbine victims with the hopes they leave their homes.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center using renewable energy funds has helped fund litigation in Falmouth against its own citizens

Massachusetts state agencies in the past eight years never updated noise regulations because it would interfere with the commercial wind turbine agenda of 2000 megawatts of wind energy by the year 2020.

What happened in Flint, Michigan with the water could very well happen in Massachusetts with noise in 2017.

State, local and appointed officials in Michigan have been charged felony counts of false pretenses and conspiracy to commit false pretenses over environmental issues with lead water contamination.

Many of those charged over the environmental issues in Michigan have taken plea bargains while others are gambling on trials. Public officials failed in their responsibilities .

What happened in Michigan with the environment is not unlike what happened in Massachusetts with wind turbine noise. You can see the victims in these crimes of taking health and property rights. In many cases local Massachusetts towns had wind turbine victims file written certified noise complaints and then ignored.

Falmouth, Massachusetts residents were exposed to dangerous levels of noise in fact the Town of Falmouth hid a noise warning letter for 5 years that the turbines should never have been built near residential communities.

Massachusetts officials should face charges centering on the failure to perform their roles in protecting public health.

A sitting US attorney traditionally leaves office when a new party takes over control of the White House.

The new US Massachusetts attorney should be made aware by the citizens in twenty one communities affected by the wind turbine noise that immediate action needs to be taken.

Massachusetts local and state officials have to take responsibility for taking the health and property rights of citizens which created a group of second class citizens for a commercial wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.

It's important to understand the takings clause of the constitution. Safeguard for property is the Fifth Amendment's Takings Clause, which states that “private property [shall not] be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Massachusetts took the health and property rights in twenty one communities of U.S.citizens with no compensation.

The new US Attorney has to be made aware in 2017
