Governor Deval Patrick’s administration lack of oversight failures are now major crises. The costs are still adding up.

Former Governor Deval Patrick in 2012 ordered a “file-by-file review” of every case handled by a Massachusetts chemist, Annie Dookhan, accused of faking test results at a closed government lab, as authorities continue to deal with the fallout from a scandal that has unraveled over twenty one thousand criminal cases.

Massachusetts faces the largest dismissals of criminal convictions in US history because of lack of oversight by Governor Patrick.

Falmouth is ground zero for poorly placed commercial megawatt wind turbines in the United States. The turbines have created a second class group of citizens living under the blade in twenty one communities.

AG Maura Healys' predecessor, Martha Coakley, a wind turbine advocate sat on her hands while state politicians created a group of second class citizens in over twenty one communities in Massachusetts with poorly placed commercial wind turbines.

Citizens describe the wind turbine noise as torture from lack of sleep.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has helped finance Falmouth town litigation with 1.8 million dollars in 2014 and the Falmouth Town Meeting Members are voting up to $300,000.00 every six months for additional wind turbine litigation.
