Massachusetts Legislature Wind Turbine Agenda Lying By Omission
Lying By Omission: Massachusetts has shown that politicians are more willing to lie by omission that they are to tell an outright falsehood.

Today, more than 50 Massachusetts legislators have sponsored legislation that sets a goal for the state to use 100 percent renewable electricity by 2035 and 100 percent by 2050 in which citizens are considered collateral damage in the so-called war on fossil fuels.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center helped place commercial megawatt wind turbines in twenty-one communities that have become a health and financial fiasco. The Massachusetts Superior Courts have determined the turbines are a nuisance shutting down two town-owned wind turbines in Falmouth.
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection through the legislature is involved in "Project Regulatory Agreements" that demand power production of commercial wind turbines through low or zero interest rates on wind turbine loans. The "Project Regulatory Agreements" is a direct conflict of interest of state noise regulations that are supposed to be enforced by MassDEP. The noise from the turbines is being ignored leaving those around the turbines to lose health and property rights.

A special barge is being built to fit through the gates but the channel from the hurricane gates out to sea for 5 miles still needs dredging.
Massachusetts has about the same amount of land wind turbines as Puerto Rico around 120 megawatts. The turbines are placed along the shoreline and mountains similar to Cape Cod and Western Massachusetts. The turbines in Puerto Rico were completely wiped out by one storm.
The Massachusetts legislature is now advocating massive ocean wind turbine projects forgetting about hurricane Bob in 1991 or other hurricanes that have devastated New England over the last century.
