Massachusetts Wind Turbines A Litigation Gold Rush

Massachusetts taxpayers need to find out how dumb they are compared to the rest of the world. The only ones making money are the attorneys

The Falmouth wind turbine installations it has brought on a new gold rush. Chances are, with this “Gold Rush,” if you are a Massschusetts resident, and especially if you are a home owner near turbines, you will need to hire an attorney to protect your health and property rights as the state has an agenda that does not include you.

The bottom line is the State of Massachusetts through the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center has taken your health and property rights with no compensation for the state wind turbine agenda .

Massachusetts taxpayers are having their pockets picked to install commercial wind turbines in highly residential locations and picked again to defend the commercial wind turbines from other taxpayers demanding due process who want their health and property rights back.

The Massachusetts State Democratic Party platform under climate change has called for an all out war on fossil fuels and the party is fighting that war as a real war. The wind turbine victims in as many as twenty communities living around the commercial megawatt turbines are considered collateral damage in the so called war.

Recently a Massachusetts official admitted state politicians don't care if you get sick from the turbines. This brings back historical facts of how the German population during World War II never spoke out about the camps and followed the political agenda.

Well over ten years ago wind turbine power was touted as a clean and increasingly cost-competitive source of electric energy. Policy makers convinced the public at large to demand cleaner alternatives to fossil energy or face the so called catastrophic effects of climate change.

Massachusetts had a plan to install 3000 wind turbines by the year 2020.

A wind turbine renewable energy plan of 2000 megawatts of wind power with each wind turbine around 1 to 2 megawatts each totaling 3000 megawatts

Nils Bolgen the wind turbine director at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center as a result of wind turbine noise complaints in 2013 changed setbacks to 2000 feet and the Cape Cod Commission about 3000 foot setbacks for megawatt turbines.

Falmouth is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States.

Massachusetts has twenty one communities with poorly placed wind turbines taking health and property rights.

Bourne recently had 4 monster 2 megawatt wind turbines placed on its border in Plymouth. The neighbors in Bourne were recently told that Massachusetts officials don't care if you get sick living next to a wind turbine. At least now Massachusetts politicians are known not to care if you get sick as was stated at a recent meeting.

The Bourne neighbors like those of other neighborhoods will be hiring an attorney while the state pulls out the play book on wind turbines to stall as long as they can making noise tests, seeking public comment and in general ignore the health and property rights for the wind agenda.

The wind program near residential homes should be over in Massachusetts and looks today to almost have ground to a halt over noise complaints. It's time to clean up the mess in which our politicians have left in the hands of the court to do.

The Town of Falmouth in November 2016 voted to spend up to $460,000.00 on litigation. Town Meeting meets twice a year in which up to $300,000.00 every six months is going to litigation fees. The town faces years of future litigation.

State and local boards of health refuse to enforce noise laws as they interfere with the state renewable energy agenda. The wind turbine agenda in Massachusetts was more important than the health of up to 200 residential home owners in each of the twenty one towns creating a group of second class citizens in Massachusetts living under the wind turbines

The people who live around the wind turbines complaining about the noise issues and inability to sleep have the same story world wide. They describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep or unable to work in their yards while the turbines operate.

The US Department of Energy and NASA completed a study in 1985 by Neil Kelly that showed the affects of infra sound on residents in Boone, North Carolina. Massachusetts officials along with the wind industry ignored the warnings from over 30 years ago

Today the only ones making money are the lawyers.

Don't forget the motto: "You cannot practice your craft in your own practice if that practice isn't making a large sum of money "

P. T. Barnum said it best : "There's a sucker born every minute."

How much longer are out of touch Massachusetts taxpayers going to allow the charade to continue.
