Melissa Morgado named wellness director at Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee

EPOCH Senior Living has named Melissa Morgado wellness director at Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee, a 54-suite memory care assisted living community located at 462 Old Barnstable Road. Morgado, a licensed practical nurse, will lead the Bridges wellness team of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants as they provide daily care for residents with memory impairment.

A longtime Cape resident, Morgado is a highly trained nurse and memory care specialist who has dedicated her 30-year professional career to helping Massachusetts’ seniors. She previously served as a resident care director at another assisted living community and earned her nursing license from Pondville Hospital School of Nursing in Norfolk.
