The ocean wind turbine project is just like the two town-owned Falmouth Vestas V-82 wind turbines an act in violation of ethical standards as a result of grossly misrepresenting what they are "selling" to these local boards.

It is intuitively obvious to the most casual observer any fishing boat can not be rescued near or in the vicinity of 500-foot commercial ocean wind turbines spaced one-half mile apart during any weather event.

Mass Department of Environmental Protection has allowed "Regulatory Capture" of their agency in relation to land-based wind power plants as they:

1. REFUSE to enforce the state's Air Pollution Regulation in the face of non-compliance at most land based wind power plants, and

2. They have allowed the watering down of our policies and definitions originally intended to protect the public from noise pollution as a result of advice from wind industry consultants such as omitted engineering one of the "stable of consultants" the deeply conflicted Mass Clean Energy Center put together to push these boondoggles upon the public ...and upon the board in this video:

After the ECC denied the permit as unrealistic, given the dynamic nature of the waters here (on July 18th), VW appealed to overturn the denial; a conference call was scheduled, and the State House news publicized a call-in/listen-in # the day after, no recording.

The DEP then issued an official Superseding Order of Conditions ...which the ECC did not receive from them.

The ECC was alerted only incidentally with the window to appeal about to close. Their appeal cites the DEP’s inattention to those facts on which the ECC's historic denial was based, facts documented in this video.
