The federal EPA on 4/27/10 granted Falmouth Massachusetts waiver buy America requirements of ARRA [manufactured goods are not produced in US}

EPA issued waiver despite August 3, 2010 letter the town had previously been warned about the 110 decibels noise - State and federal officials knew well in advance the turbines were dangerously loud.

Taxpayers were duped and are continuing to be duped into owing 5 million dollars on a federal loan that should never have been granted according to federal regulations

The Town has "previously been provided" with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances.
