Massachusetts Created An Unconstitutional Group Of Second Class Citizens Living Under Commercial Wind Turbine Blades

(Picture : Stanley C. Rosenberg, commonly known as Stan Rosenberg, is an American politician from Amherst, Massachusetts who currently serves as President of the Massachusetts Senate.)

The State of Massachusetts in the past ten years has installed commercial megawatt wind turbines in residential neighborhoods taking health and property rights. The neighbors of the turbines in as many as twenty one communities describe the noise as torture from lack of sleep or unable to work in their yards if the turbines are spinning.

Falmouth, Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbines in the United States.

It's important to tell the Senate Committee that you want clean and water but not at the cost of your health and property rights for a commercial wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.

The Massachusetts legislature is fighting an actual war on fossil fuels that under the wind turbine agenda takes the health and property of the minority for the majority. It needs to stop.

You have to tell the legislature to shut down the turbines in residential locations and stop the insanity.

Monday May 8, 2017 coincidentally starts one of nine Falmouth wind turbine trials in Barnstable Superior Court. The Town of Falmouth vs the Town of Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals case number 1372CV00281

The Town of Falmouth had been warned in a letter from Vestas wind company the turbines generate 110 decibels on noise and kept the letter hidden from the public.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in 2013 after the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection found the turbines breaking state regulations admitted acoustic noise study mistakes prior to installations.

Acousticians world wide have been aware of two distinct types of noise from wind turbine since the 1987 DOE/NASA MOD-1 wind turbine installed near Boone, North. Carolina. The studies were conducted by scientist Neil Kelly.

It's important that you tell the Massachusetts Senate Committee you know what they have done to twenty one communities
