On April 9, The Woods Hole Woman’s Club will be introduced to the five college-bound residents of Precinct 1 awarded scholarships this year. Receiving awards are: Angelina T. Dvorak, Isabelle C. Edgar, Pearl R. Johnson, Ruby J. C. Sanger, and Heather Wang. Following these introductions, Lauren Leveque will speak to the club about Gardening on Cape Cod. The public is invited to join club members for this meeting at 7 pm on Tuesday, April 9 at First Congregational Church on the Village Green in Falmouth. Light refreshments will be served.

Members raise money for college scholarships and support community organizations through various club activities. Most meetings are held at 11:30 AM on the second Tuesday of the month from October through April with occasional events scheduled in the evening. New members are welcomed at any time during the year. Information about membership is available from Dee Aukamp at 508-495-9911.
