Join us for an Open House at Life Time Athletic Westwood, where you can enjoy breakfast from Panera Bread while you meet our team members and learn about Group Fitness and Run Club. It’s your chance to take a sneak peek of these programs before we open.

Plus, try any one of these other Open House activities:

Go for a run.
Join our Run Club coordinator for a 5K Run Run that will leave at 9:15am from the Preview Center. We’ll also be offering a kid’s relay race at the same time. All are welcome to participate.

Shake things up in Zumba®.
We’re hosting a Zumba® party at 10:30am, and you’re invited. Wear your workout gear, meet your instructor and dance along to DJ-spun music, and see how fun this toe-tapping class can be.

Bring the whole family.
We’ll have face painting, a bounce house and activities for all ages.
