FOXBOROUGH, MA — A new restaurant and beer destination at Patriot Place is set to open this summer.
The new concept, Mass Appeal Draught House & Grille, will open in early June, taking over the former Wormtown Brewery taproom. The 3,325-square-foot space has been renovated over the past five months and now includes an expanded kitchen, a redesigned bar with indoor and outdoor seating and a 16-tap tower.
The venue, created by Hendler Family Brewing Company, will open at 250 Patriot Place, next to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. HFBC is based in Framingham and was founded in 2024 by brothers Jack, Eric and Sam Hendler.
Mass Appeal will serve a rotating selection of Massachusetts-made beers from the company’s brands, including Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers, Wormtown Brewery, Night Shift and Masshole Light. The restaurant also plans to add wine and liquor from Massachusetts producers this fall.
The menu, developed by Head of Culinary Casey Wilkins, focuses on New England-inspired dishes, according to the company. Featured items include the Mass Appeal Burger, Sloppy Jack Sliders and Stuffed Quahog Tots.
The restaurant will have a capacity of 144 guests, including 108 indoor seats and 36 patio seats. For game days and major events, the space will also include an outdoor TV, a to-go beer station and an outdoor grill.
The site will also feature a retail area with Hendler Family Brewing Company brands and will be available for private events and full buyouts, according to the company.
The opening comes a little over a month after Wormtown Brewery's Worcester Tap Room reopened after it had been closed for renovations since July 2025. The work nearly doubled the tap room's size from 4,500 square feet to more than 8,600 square feet, creating space for 300 guests.
