Authorities Looking For Second Foxborough Fentanyl Mill Suspect

FOXBOROUGH, MA — When officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in November 2017, they said they discovered a drug mill with more than 1,000 grams of fentanyl. One man was arrested, but a second got away. But now, federal authorities said they have identified the seond suspect and are looking Randy Guerrero, 27, the Sun Chronicle reported.

Federal authorities said the man escaped police after jumping from the apartment's second-floor balcony at the Lodge at Foxborough on Foxborough Boulevard. Police told the Sun Chronicle Guerrero ran through the woods towards Interstate 95, but police couldn't find him after K-9 units lost his scent.

Earlier this month, Guerrero was in federal custody after he was arrested at JFK International Airport in New York. He appeared in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn, but was released on $300,000 bail. But now, police are looking for Guerrero again after federal authorities said he didn't show up for his scheduled arraignment at U.S. District Court in Boston. Guerrero faces charges of possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl, and aiding and abetting.

A second defendant, Stephan Pena, 24, originally from Miami but living in Foxborough apartment, was arrested in November 2017. Police said they seized the fentanyl, a homemade mill used for manufacturing the drug, and Pena also assaulted an officer during the raid.

According to prosecutors, Pena also skipped his court date at U.S. District Court in Boston after the judge denied his request to throw out evidence, and are looking for him.
