The investigation into the North Street property began after police received several complaints of suspicious activity and drug sales, according to a police report obtained at Wrentham District Court.

In May, Shane O'Sullivan was arrested following a car crash in Route 1A in Wrentham on a drugged driving charge and was ordered by a judge to GPS monitoring. A police tip indicated that he was leaving substances in his yard and vehicle for buyers to pick up. The investigation indicated that the suspect was distributing drugs while on a court ordered-GPS out of his Foxborough home.

At one point, police observed Shane O'Sullivan's mom, April O'Sullivan drive Bertram's vehicle to Woonsocket, Rhode Island and allegedly conduct a hand-to-hand transaction. She later told police that she goes to Woonsocket to buy crack.

Police also suspected that Shane O'Sullivan and Bertram used the cover of going to a clinic in Brockton to facilitate illicit activities.

During the Thursday morning raid, Ryan O'Sullivan allegedly took out a bag of heroin from his pocket and attempted to destroy it by grinding it into the ground. Officers also found 5.9 grams of a substance consistent with heroin, a baggie of 5.1 grams of brown powder believed to be heroin, six glass vials of steroids, 13 Class B substance pills, three ecstasy pills, five Oxycontin pills, five methadone pills, black tar heroin, and a large amount of pills identified as Class E drugs.

Officers from the Massachusetts State Police, DEA StrikeForce, Canton, Stoughton, and Mansfield assisted with the raid.

All four were at the home at the time of the raid and were scheduled to be arraigned in Wrentham District Court Thursday.
