Foxborough High School Announces Early Dismissal for Wake, Funeral of Joe Heinricher
The high school will dismiss students at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

FOXBOROUGH, MA - Foxborough High School will hold an early dismissal Tuesday and Wednesday to allow members of the high school community to pay their respected to Assistant Principal Joe Heinricher.
Tuesday afternoon, Foxborough High School staff, students, and faculty will have the opportunity to visit with the Heinricher family from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts and Sons Funeral Home. As a result, students will be dismissed from the high school at 1:30 p.m. to allow time to travel to the funeral home, according to an email from High School Principal Diana Myers-Pachla.

"Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Mr. Heinricher's passing is a great loss for everyone in the Foxborough community. Our prayers and thoughts continue to be with his family and friends," Myers-Pachla said in the email.

Students wishing to attend may take their regular bus to the funeral home but are responsible for their own ride home. Students who ride bus 17, 18, or 20 may ride a different bus to the viewing.
The calling hour is private to Foxborough High School students, teachers, and staff. A public wake will be held from 3 to 8 p.m.
For Wednesday morning's funeral service, high school students will be dismissed at 10:30 a.m. Students not attending the service may take their regular bus home. Students attending the funeral will be transported to Bethany Church by bus. Due to limited parking, students are asked to not drive to the church.
Anyone driving to the funeral is asked to park at the Booth Playground.
Following the church and cemetery services, the buses will transport students back to the high school campus to meet their ride or drive themselves home.
