Name of Man Killed in Foxborough Crash Released

FOXBOROUGH, MA - The name of a man who was killed in a car crash in Foxborough has been released.

Stephen Kozak, 61, of Millis, died after his car crashed near the intersection of Route 140 and South Cross Street, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office.

Monday afternoon, police and fire responded to a two-car crash. Crews at the scene did CPR on Kozak after he was removed from his vehicle. He was transported to Norwood Hospital.

Another person was treated and released at the scene.

The crash is under investigation.
