What to expect (metrowestdailynews.com) — Framingham is moving ahead with a new regional 911 dispatch center at 188 Concord Street that will serve Framingham, Natick, and Wayland, with hiring expected to start this summer and operations targeted for early 2027. City officials say grants are helping cover the $12 million project and initial salaries, and current local dispatchers are guaranteed interviews as policies, radio systems, and training are standardized.
