Former Sealtest Plant Sold for $4.5 Million
National Development has purchased the former Sealtest/Breyers ice cream plant $4.5 million.
The single-story, 129,689-square-foot industrial building was built in 1962.
Unilever, which later produced Breyers ice cream at the plant, closed the plant in 2011.
