The current owner posted on social media that he has a "new opportunity" he "really can't turn down."

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham's Zippity Do Dog is up for sale.

"Zippity Do Dog at 160 Speen St in Framingham is looking for a caring new owner to take over this successful business," reads a post on the Zippity Do Dog Facebook page.

" I still enjoy the work and definitely the customers, but I have a new opportunity I really can't turn down," the post says. "It isn't just the trailer, I'm willing to walk you through how everything operates, transfer our name, social media accounts and reviews, the menu, the recipes, and everything else you need to just step in and keep this successful business going while serving a loyal following."

A reply to a comment on the post said the stand will stay upon until the end of May if it is not sold first.
