Framingham 2023 Election Preview

FRAMINGHAM, MA — It's a light slate of contested races in Framingham 2023 local elections, but there are at least two races of note.

Framingham will have City Council, School Committee, Library Trustee and Cemetery Trustee races on the ballot come Nov. 7, but only two Districts on the City Council will be contested, along with the Library Trustee race.

Jose Ferreira and Tracey Bryant will run for the District 9 Councilor seat while Leslie S. White Harvey and John Augusto Stefanini will do the same in District 8.

There are eight candidates for Library Trustee while just six seats are available, so Patch will also monitor the count in that race come election day.

Election Day is scheduled for Nov. 7 with polls set to open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Polling locations are as follows:

Precincts 1, 2, 3: Harmony Grove School, 169 Leland St.

4, 5, 6: St. Tarcisius Parish Center, 562 Waverly St.

7, 8, 9A, 9B: Keefe Tech School, 750 Winter St.

10, 11, 15: Farley Building, 19 Flagg Dr.

12, 13, 14: Memorial Building, 150 Concord St.

16, 17: Wesley United Parish Center, 80 Beacon St.

18, 25, 26: Walsh Middle School, 301 Brook St.

19, 20, 21A, 21B, 21C: Brophy School, 575 Pleasant St.

22, 27: King School, 454 Water St.

23, 24: Potter Road School, 492 Potter Rd.
