Fire Chief Michael Dutcher said the new firefighters will do training in-house for two weeks, and then they will attend the fire academy.

City of Framingham Hires 4 Veterans as Firefighters
FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham has hired four Veterans as new firefighters.
The four men were administered the oath of office yesterday by City Clerk Lisa Ferguson in a small ceremony at Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building.
Mayor Charlie Sisitsky said “We are very pleased to have you here. You are joining a very very well-trained and very well-run fire department here in Framingham.”
Hired were:
- Kyle Caso, a Framingham High graduate and a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Caso played hockey at Framingham High.
- Luke Cuneo, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a former college football player.
- Jordan Porter, a Framingham State University graduate, and a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. He now lives in Framingham
- Clayton Scata, a Framingham High graduate and a U.S. Army Veteran
