Framingham Man Charged With Kidnapping, Attempted Murder, Sexual Assault; 3 Crashes

Sunday, March 24: 5 arrests and 3 crashes and 2 Breaking and Enterings

1:40 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Country Club Lane.  

2:11 a.m. Police arrested at Country Club Lane Kelsey Hornberger, 21, of 61 Alger Ave. East Greenwich, RI. Charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating a motor vehicle to endanger recklessly and failure to stay within marked lanes.  

3:12 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Cushing Memorial Park. Framingham Fire responded and transported one individual.  

4:23 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 28A Marian Rd.

4:23 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Victor Vazquez, 21, of 28A Marian Rd of Framingham. Charged with kidnapping, domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation, assault with intent to kill and indecent sexual assault.

4:56 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 575 Worcester Rd, with no injuries.

4:58 p.m. Breaking & entering reported at 66 Howe St. 

5;17 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Salem End Road and Gates St.

5:39 p.m. Police arrested  at 11 Carlson Rd Michael Brown, 49, of 36 Angelica Dr. of Framingham. Charged with possession of drugs.

6;12 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1626 Worcester Rd eastbound.

6:19 p.m. Investigation reported at 43 Pinewood Dr.        

7:17 p.m. Arrest made at Cottage and School streets.

7:32 p.m. Police arrested at Clinton and Bishop streets Anthony J. Horne, 26, of 126 Beaver Park Rd Apt 116 of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.  

7:41 p.m. Police arrested at Cottage St. Pierre Vilbrun, 37, of 6 Mechanic St. of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.  

10:20 p.m. Breaking and entering reported at Nails 2000, 419 Worcester Rd.
