Framingham State Men's Basketball Defeats Connecticut College
The Rams opened the season with a 60-55 victory on the road.

The Framingham State University men’s basketball team opened the season by defeating host Connecticut College 60-55 this evening at the Connecticut College Coaches vs. Cancer Tip-Off Tournament New London, Conn.
The Rams (1-0) were led by 22 points from sophomore guard Daniel Gould. Gould connected on 7-of-14 from the field including 5-of-11 from long range. Junior Joe McCabe chipped in with eight points off the bench, while Patrick Gould (Quincy, Mass.) added seven including 2-for-2 from three point land.
The Camels were led by 13 points from Zuri Pavlin who connected on 6-of-11 from the field and added 13 boards. Isiah Robinson added 12 points, while Bo McKinley contributed 10.

The Rams will face Anna Maria College tomorrow afternoon in the Championship Game after the Amcats defeated Southern Maine in the other tournament game this evening.
