Police Log July 4: Charles Street Man Arrested for Rape

12:55 a.m.: Fireworks reported on Bishop Drive. Police advised individual.
1:06 a.m.: Fight reported at Brook and Water streets.
1:51 a.m.: Police arrested at Memorial Building, Concord Street Neftali Diaz, 20, of 92 Second St. Apt 2 of Framingham. He was arrested on a warrant from Framingham District Court on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and on a lights violation.

4:13 a.m.: Police arrested at 12 Charles St. Carlos Luz, 28, of 12 Charles St. of Framingham. He was charged with domestic assault and battery and rape by force.
11:14 a.m.: Report of a bike stolen on Normandy Road.

12:09 p.m.: Report of a fight at 59 Second St. Apt B. Police advised indivduals.
5:03 p.m.: Police arrested at Charles and Hollis streets Ashley N. Sawyer, 22 of 154 Second St. Apt 304, of Framingham. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension or revoked license.
5:04 p.m.: Motor vehicle crash with a pedestrian reported at Hollis and Winthrop streets.
5:36 p.m.: Group reported at downtown common, 60 Concord St.
5:45 p.m.: Police arrested at Park St. Terrence Mahoney, 40, listed as homeless in Framingham. He was charged with public drinking.
5:45 p.m.: Police arrested at Park St. Christine M. Gore, 40, listed as homeless in Framingham. She was charged with public drinking.
6:12 p.m.: Police arrested at Park St Michale Schofield, 52, of 76 Grant St. #3F of Framingham. he was charged with public drinking.
7:28 p.m.: Report of a motor vehicle crash at Franklin and Mt. Wayte.
9:05 p.m.: Report of fireworks at Nobscot Square. Police checked and found nothing.
9:15 p.m.: Fireworks reported at Kendall. Police checked and nothing found.
9:16 p.m.: Fireworks reported at 48 Eden Rd.
9:18 p.m.: Fireworks reported on Whiting Rd. Police unable to loate.
9:23 p.m.: Breaking and entering reported at 83 lake Rd.
9:33 p.m.: Fireworks reported at Brook and Spruce streets. Police unable to locate.
9:36 p.m.: Fireworks reported at Bishop Gardens. Police checked and could not find.
9:39 p.m.: Police arrested at 46 Harrison St. Vincenzo DiCenso, 54, of 47 Harrison St. He was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
10:18 p.m.: Assault reported at Mary Dennison Playground ball field.
10:27 p.m.: Fireworks reported on Mechanic Street. Police checked, nothing found.
