Police Log: Framingham Man Crashes Into Bonito Drive Home, Charged with OUI

On Tuesday, just after 10:30 p.m. responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Bonito Drive, where a motor vehicle crashed into a house.

Upon investigation, Police arrested Brian MacKinnon, 21, of 7 Bonito Dr. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle to endanger and speeding.

Police say the Toyota MacKinnon was driving crashed into a single-family home at 2 Bonito Dr. There was minor damage to the home.

Monday, July 30

4:11 a.m.: A report of a suspicious noise was unfounded on Waveney Road.

7:16 a.m.: Richard Jones, 42, homeless was arrested at on Waverley Street and two warrants and charged with larceny from a building or railcar over $250, another count of larceny over $250, trespassing on railroad property and burglary.

2:44 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a civil matter at Miriam’s Salon on Waverley Street.

3:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic problem on Royce Road. Ching Chan, 65, of 5 Royce Rd., was arrested and charged with violation of a domestic restraining order.

4:19 p.m.: Joe Test, 42, of 10 Main St., was arrested on Bradford Road and Potter Road and charged with arson-attempt to burn.

8:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an inebriated person at Framingham One Stop on Irving Street. Justin Lemay, 21, of 40 Wright St. in Lowell, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Tuesday, July 31

4:05 a.m.: Police were unable to locate a report of a suspicious person on Irving Street.

6:39 a.m.: Billy-Jo Shepard, 47, of 273 Concord St., was arrested at his residence and charged with domestic assault and battery.

12:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a domestic problem on Old Connecticut Path. Manjari Sharma, 17, 754 Old Connecticut Path, was arrested and charged with domestic assault with a deadly weapon and domestic assault.

2:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Deloss Street and Union Avenue. Richie Vargas, 30, of 237 Union Ave., was arrested and charged with drug possession.

10:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Bonito Drive, where a motor vehicle crashed into a house. Brian Mackinnon, 21, of 7 Bonito Dr., was arrested. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with need to endanger and speeding in a motor vehicle.
