Wayside’s 5K4Kids Raises $80,000

One of the event highlights was the drawing of the grand prize winner of the $5KGetaway raffle for a $5,000 dream vacation to Kerry & Michael Najarian from Framingham.

On a beautiful fall day, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network hosted its 4th
Cushing Memorial Park in Framingham. The event attracted nearly 200 runners and walkers, along with 50 participants in the kids’ race and many more who came for the festivities!

Wayside’s 5K4Kids raised $80,000 in support of Wayside’s kids and family programs.

Eric L. Masi, Ed.D, Wayside’s President & CEO, expressed gratitude to all who
supported this year’s event: “Thank you to everyone who helped make our 4th
5K4Kids a success! From our sponsors and donors to everyone who bought a raffle ticket, volunteered or ran or walked the 5K, you have made an important difference in the lives of kids and families.”
