• Suspect arrested after multi-town pursuit in Dighton (newportdispatch.com) — Police from several communities, including Freetown, helped stop a suspect's vehicle after a multi-town pursuit that began in Somerset and ended in Dighton. One man was arrested and a woman is still being sought, but authorities say there's no known danger to the public as the remaining suspect is wanted for non-violent offenses.
