Get ready to DANCE to DVINCI SOUL, Boston Globe’s pick for one of Boston’s finest Motown and Soul bands!
We are excited to bring back Boston-based DVinci Soul, whose funky rhythm section, lively horns and soulful harmonies have been filling our dance floor since we first opened. Led by Lanesville resident, Debra Vinci, DVinci Soul has incredible energy that consistently inspires people of all ages to get up and dance to their own brand of Motown, Soul and R&B classics. You’ll hear three powerful lead vocalists and really tight arrangements of familiar tunes and deep cuts from Stevie Wonder, Aretha, Marvin Gaye, EWF, Tower of Power and Chaka Khan as well as LakeStreet Dive, Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone, Lake Street Dive, and the California Honeydrops.
DVinci Soul’mates include Debra Vinci on vocals, Chris Leadbetter on guitar and vocals, David Fuller on drums and vocals
, Jeff Garmel on saxophone, Bob Pilkington on trombone, and Richard Hale Shaw on bass.
