Driver Rescued From Overturned Vehicle In Grafton

GRAFTON, MA — Emergency crews freed a driver from an overturned vehicle following a crash near McHale Drive and Providence Road on Monday.

Engine 1, Rescue 1 and Car 2 responded after initial reports indicated that the driver was trapped inside the vehicle, according to the Grafton Fire Department. Car 2 arrived first and confirmed the entrapment.

Photos from the scene show the vehicle on its side near the edge of Providence Road as firefighters and emergency medical personnel worked nearby.

Crews from Engine 1 and Rescue 1 then freed the driver. The injuries were reported as minor.

Officials did not share the driver's identity or what could have caused the crash.
