Grafton Man Charged with 8th OUI Drugs Offense
Andrew J. Millyan was arrested on Rte. 128 Thursday night; state police said he had four bags of marijuana in his car.

A Grafton man has been charged for the eighth time with operating under the influence of drugs. State police arrested in him North Wakefield Thursday night.
According to police, last night at 6:20, the Danvers barracks received calls that a black Ford Taurus was traveling on Route 128 North in Wakefield without its headlights on. The Ford also failed to stay within marked lanes.

As troopers responded, members of the local police departments were advised to be on the lookout for the vehicle. A short time later, a Manchester By The Sea Police Officer spotted the Ford on Route 128 North in the vicinity of School Street. Police stopped the car, which was driven by Andrew J. Millyan, 55, of South Grafton. Police said Millyan had four bags of marijuana.

A series of field sobriety tests were conducted and as a result, Millyan was arrestedΒ and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, eighth offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana over one ounce, a marked lanes violation and failure to display headlights.
