In Court: A&B on a Disabled Person Dismissed

The following information was obtained at Westborough District Court.

Thursday, July 5

William J. Grasso, 52, 85 Mill Road, Boylston, was arrested on July 4 by in Shrewsbury for OUI (third offense). A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for July 6.

David Adams, 67, 104 Millbury St., Grafton, was arrested on July 4 by Grafton police for assault and battery. His pretrial hearing is July 20.

Friday, July 6 

William J. Grasso, 51, of 85 Mill Rd., Boylston, was arrested on July 4 by Grafton police and was charged with OUI liquor, third offense. The case was continued to Aug. 24.

Daniel Marando, 23, of 1 Bailin Cir., Apt. 3, Grafton, was charged by Grafton police with an uninsured motor vehicle, an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was continued until July 16.

Denise L. D’Angelo, 22, of 314 Providence Rd., Apt. 3, S. Grafton, was charged by Grafton police on Nov. 15, 2011 with assault and battery on a disabled or injured person, threatening to commit a crime and assault and battery on a police officer. The first two charges were dismissed. D’Angelo admitted to sufficient facts on the assault charge and the case was continued without a finding until July 5, 2013. Judge Vito Virzi ordered her to pay $50 in court fees and suspended her probation.
