In Court: Grafton Man Sentenced to Probation for OUI

Thursday, July 26
Stanley P. Opatka, Jr., 68, 16 Milford Rd., South Grafton, was arrested on March 26 by Grafton police for OUI (second offense), OUI drugs and failure to drive in the right lane. Judge Vito Virzi found him guilty of OUI and sentenced him to probation through Sept. 25, 2014, as well as ordered him to attend a 24-day program. The drug charge was dismissed.
