In Court: Larceny, Credit Card Forgery, Trespassing

Grafton-related cases were heard in Westborough District Court this week.

Monday, June 18

Bruce Davis, 36, 7 Old Saw Mill Rd., North Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court on a June 5 complaint by Shrewsbury police. He was charged with larceny over $250 and six counts of forging or uttering a forged credit card for an incident that occurred on March 16. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for Aug. 12.

Richard C. Direnzo, Jr., 46, 5 Giusto St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a June 5 complaint by Grafton police. He was charged with three counts of larceny over $250, three counts of trespassing and three counts of receiving stolen property for an incident that occurred on May 9. Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for Aug. 1.
