Popular Chinese Restaurant Celebrates Grand Reopening In Grafton

GRAFTON, MA — A local Chinese restaurant marked a milestone with a grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Wong's Restaurant, at 62 Upton St., has officially reopened after a renovation. The eatery celebrated with Rep. David Muradian (R-9th Worcester) in attendance and thanked customers, friends, family, and community members for supporting the event.

"A restaurant is more than just beautiful décor, great food, and good service—it’s about creating a place where people feel at home," the restaurant wrote in a social media announcement Tuesday. "After our renovation, we’re excited to welcome you back to a refreshed space while keeping the warmth and hospitality you’ve always loved."

The eatery first opened in Grafton in 2008. Four years later, Patch spoke with Wong's owner Zhen Liang Huang. He told Patch that the best part about owning the business is "customers leaving with a smile."

Wong's Restaurant serves up many different dishes, including fried rice, lo mein, pad thai and chow mein. The eatery offers dine-in, takeout and delivery service daily.

Wong’s is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, according to the restaurant.
