The move aligns Grafton with several other Massachusetts communities rethinking this technology amid statewide debates over privacy, misuse, and community trust in law enforcement tools. 
• The high school football season has started. Here's how Day 1 went (telegram.com) — Wachusett's football team is back on the practice field, and last season's schedule included a decisive 47-17 win over Grafton on their way to a home playoff berth. Central Mass. programs from Northbridge to Leominster are opening camp with new coaches, quarterback battles, and high hopes for deep postseason runs this fall.
