Monday, Aug. 13
7:37 a.m.: Services were rendered for a traffic hazard on Worcester Street.
8:09 a.m.: Police had a radar assignment on Main Street and issued a citation.

11:55 a.m.: Services were rendered after an officer was wanted on Providence Road.
12:25 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and issued a citation.
12:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of domestic violence and are seeking a summons to charge Travis S. Perry, 21, of 4 Bailin Cir., with assault and battery (domestic/on a pregnant person).
1:35 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Main Street and issued a citation.
2:53 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of an annoying/disturbing phone call on Prospect Street.
3:33 p.m.: Police had a radar assignment on Millbury Street and issued a citation.
4:18 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of harassment on Magill Drive.
7:20 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Upton Street and issued a citation.

1:30 a.m.: Police investigated the report of a missing person on Sampson Street.
5:56 a.m.: Police responded to an accident with rollover/entrapment on Worcester Street.
8:40 a.m.: A summons was served on Rose Lane.
9 a.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a missing person on Worcester Street.
9:02 a.m.: Services were rendered after an officer was wanted on Carroll Road.
11:25 a.m.: Services were rendered after an officer was wanted on Providence Road.
11:57 a.m.: Police investigated a report of threats on Seond Street.
1:17 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and gave a verbal warning.
2:57 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of threats on Airport Road.
3:10 p.m.: Police investigated a reprot of larceny/theft on Providence Road.
3:25 p.m.: Police investigated a report of threats on Providence Road and are seeking a summons to charge Thomas F.A. Hussey, 48, of 6 Second St., with treatening to commit a crime (murder).
3:32 p.m.: Police arrested John Welsh, 29, of 11 Baylor Ave., Westborough, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a passing violation, and speeding.
4:17 p.m.: Services were rendered for a motor vehicle lockout on Worcester Street.
5:39 p.m.: Services were rendered for a motor vehicle lockout on Messier Street.
6:09 p.m.: Services were rendered for an accident with property damage on Worcester Street.
6:26 p.m.: Police investigated a report of larceny/theft on McHale Drive.
7:13 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious auto on High Point Drive.
8:39 p.m.: Police investigated a report of driving erratically on Worcester Street.
8:55 p.m.: A citation was issued for motor vehicle violations at Providence Road and Millbury Street.
9:12 p.m.: Polices responded to a report of threats on Providence Road and arrested Shawn Morton, 22, of 302 Providence Rd. Apt. C, on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm (shotgun), and two counts of dangerous weapon possession; and Charles E. Hitchcock, 18, of 133 Main St., on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, treatening to commit a crime (kill), and attempting to commit a crime (breaking and entering). (A police supervisor could not be reached for comment Wednesday afternoon.)
11:18 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of vandalism on Depot Street.
Wednesday, Aug. 15
12:07 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Grafton Common and issued a citation.
