The following information was supplied by the Grafton police department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Monday, July 23

8:40 a.m.: Police had a radar assignment on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

8:53 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Lordvale Boulevard and gave a verbal warning.

9:05 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

3:10 p.m.: Police investigated a report of larceny/theft on Maple Avenue.

3:20 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of wires down on Waterville Street.

4:07 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Aspen Avenue and gave a verbal warning.

5:14 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a lost/found pet on Countryside Road.

11:41 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious auto on Leland Street.

Tuesday, July 24

1:11 a.m.: stopped a motor vehicle on Countryside Road and gave a verbal warning.

6:07 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Snow Road and are seeking a summons to charge Melissa J. Smith, 34, of 21 Cross St. Apt. 1R, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and Richard C. Davis, 32, of 17 Oak St., Millbury, with permitting the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

8:03 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

8:13 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

8:27 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Main Street and issued a citation.

8:51 a.m.: Police had a radar assignment on Main Street and will be applying for charges in court.

10:14 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

10:58 a.m.: Police arrested James A. Fitton, 26, of 110 Worcester Street on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

3:01 p.m.: Police responded to an accident with personal injury on Providence Road.

3:37 p.m.: Police responded to an accident with no injury on Millbury Street and are seeking a summons to charge a 16-year-old Grafton teen with driving a motor vehicle with unnecessary noise.

4:59 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of wires down on South Street.

5:46 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Maple Avenue and issued a citation.

7:36 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of vandalism on Ferry Street.

Wednesday, July 25

2:32 a.m.: Police investigated the report of a suspicious person on Logan Road.

3:28 a.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious person on Worcester Street.

6:01 a.m.: Police had a radar assignment on Millbury Street and issued a citation.

7:56 a.m.: Services were rendered for a report of vandalism on East Street.

8:33 a.m.: Police investigated the report of a breaking and entering into a vehicle on Meadowbrook Road.
