Police Log: Summons Sought for Underage Liquor Transport

The following information was supplied by the Grafton police department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, July 20

4:07 p.m.: investigated a report of driving erratically on Westboro Road.

4:19 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Pleasant Street and issued a citation.

5:24 p.m.: Services were rendered for a motor vehicle lockout on Worcester Street.

5:31 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of larceny/theft on Providence Road.

6:06 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on North Street and issued a citation.

6:43 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Wheeler Road and issued a citation.

7:08 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and are seeking a summons to charge Cassandra L. Furbish, 20, of 17 Kings Grant Rd., Westborough, with transporting liquor while being a person under 21, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and speeding. Police are also seeking a summons to charge John Pachico, 26, of 117 Ferrry St. Apt. 2, with furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a minor.

8:29 p.m.: Services were rendered for a request of frequent patrols on Leland Street.

8:36 p.m.: Police investigated the report of a family disturbance on Messier Street.

10:15 p.m.: Police investigated a loud noise disturbance on Railroad Court.

Saturday, July 21

2:13 a.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious person on Providence Road.

4:23 a.m.: Services were rendered for a loud noise disturbance on Railroad Court.

6:12 a.m.: Services were rendered for a report of vandalism on Salisbury Street.

7:31 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

7:51 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Deernolm Street and issued a citation.

10:44 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Millbury Street and issued a citation.

1:40 p.m.: Services were rendered for a general disturbance at Main Street and Railroad Court.

1:52 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and are seeking a summons to charge Lauren Brown, 18, of 151 Riverlin St., Millbury, with transporting liquor while being a person under 21 and speeding.

3 a.m.: Services were rendered for a loud noise disturbance on Brigham Hill Road.

3:17 a.m.: Services were rendered after an officer was wanted on McHale Drive.

9:20 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and issued a citation.

12:57 p.m.: Services were rendered for an accident with no injuries on Carroll Road.

1:06 p.m.: Police investigated a report of driving erratically on Upton Street.

1:20 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Westboro Road and are seeking a summons to charge Kamal Kumar Dhital, 26, of 20 Elizabeth St. Apt. 2, Worcester, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.

3:24 p.m.: Information was recordered for a citizen complaint on Countryside Road.

7:06 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a family disturbance on Westview Street.

7:25 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious person on Zgonis Drive.

10:07 p.m.: Services were rendered for an animal complaint on Bedford Drive.

11:10 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a neighbor disturbance on High Point Drive.
