Bright Horizons Renovation Celebration

Bright Horizons Family Solutions will celebrate the grand re-opening of its NAEYC-accredited state-of-the-art childcare center in Beverly.

Area families are invited to attend the renovation celebration from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Bright Horizons at Beverly Cummings Center recently underwent a renovation to upgrade the facility and add new spaces for an Art Studio, a Movement Zone and Media Room equipped with a Smart Board.

Renovation Celebration activities for children and their parents/caregivers on Jan. 21 include:

·  A ribbon-cutting ceremony

·  Tours of the remodeled center, including the new Art Studio and Movement Matters Zone with Rock Climbing Wall and Media Room with Smart Board.

· Classroom demonstrations by Bright Horizons teachers of World at their Fingertips curriculum elements including Science Rocks, Handwriting Without Tears, Everyday Math, Art Smart, Language Works and more.

·  The following interactive activities for children throughout the day:

o Live music from Jeannie Mack from 12:15 p.m.-1 p.m.

o Magic show from Bonaparte the Magician from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

o Organized physical activities for all ages in the new Movement Matters Zone plus rock wall climbing for older toddlers and preschoolers.

o Art projects in the new Art Studio

o Activities in classrooms for children to participate in throughout the day

· Healthy refreshments will be served

Bright Horizons will be offering free registration (a $150 value) to all attendees on Jan. 21.

Families are welcome to drop in and visit any time between 10 a.m. –1 p.m.
